Northbound I5

Heading North from Downtown Seattle take exit 171 for WA-522/Lake City Way toward Bothell
Slight right onto WA-522/Lake City Way.
Greenside Medical will be on your right directly across the street from Les Schwab Tire.

Sounthbound I5

From Lynnwood: (Map this on Google)
Heading South on I5 take exit 173 for Northgate Way toward 1st Ave NE
Take the ramp on N Northgate Way (left at fork of off-ramp)
Take Northgate Way to 24th Ave NE
Right at 24th Ave NE
Slight right onto Lake City Way
Greenside Medical will be on your left directly across the street from Les Schwab Tire.

Parking

Greenside Medical has parking to the left of the building and on the side of the building as street parking on 98th Ave.  Additionally we encourage handicap patients to park directly in front of the building for easy access.

Saturday & Sunday 10AM – 7PM
